Our family history with dogs began with Cory growing up hunting with Labradors and Beagles in the rice fields south of Houston and Dawn raising Golden Retrievers in San Angelo, Texas. Cory’s job as a fire and arson investigator has led to twenty-five years experience training and handling detection canines that include accelerant detection, narcotics dogs, bomb dogs, and mercaptan dogs. He was trained and certified at Global Training Academy in San Antonio as a canine handler, trainer and supervisor.

These days our love of dogs is overshadowed by efforts to pass on this love to our eight children. With this as our first priority we decided to go back to basics with the most reliable breed of dog for kids and families, the Labrador Retriever. Our belief is that all dogs are happier when they have a job or a purpose. The job of our Labradors is more important than any of the law enforcement canines we have been involved with over the years. Our dog’s job is to patiently teach our children how to care for, handle, and love dogs of their own. The sweet gentle nature of labs is perfect for this task from our babies to our teens. Their natural instinct to protect their home and their own are an added benefit to the family life here on an 100 acre farm. It’s our goal to raise beautiful good natured Labradors that bring other families the joy our dogs bring to ours.
